    Classic Avocado Toast
    Serves: 2

    Ingredients

    • 2 slices of artisan sourdough bread
    • 1 ripe avocado
    • 1 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Red pepper flakes (optional)
    • Fresh lemon juice

    Instructions

    1. Toast the sourdough bread slices until golden and crispy.
    2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and mix with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    3. Spread the avocado mixture generously on each toast.
